This is my another thing for Open Source Web Design (www.oswd.org). It validates XHTML 1.1 and it's very simple, because of using CSS styles as much as possible. No design functions in HTML more, only content.

A you can see, this layout is fixed and position absolute is used. The width of the page can be bigger or smaller, it depends only on you. The logo image can be different too.

I have to say something about colors too. The main color on this page is grey and one prominent color. This another color can change with the aim of the page, for example one color for one separation part of the web. As an illustration I used dark red, green and blue, but any other color can be used.

So, that's what can I say about making this design. I'd like demonstrate that planty of text can be there, so please excuse the repeatition of the following.
